Walkers for Life is a program that aims at pushing people towards a fitter lifestyle by helping them track the steps they take each day. The program aims at making people aware of the number of steps they take on a daily basis and compete with others making it fun to clock those extra steps and also find situations in our daily lives that will lead us to walking more. What’s even more interesting is the fact that there are teams involved and thus brings in gentle peer pressure on team members to start moving to a fitter lifestyle.
